The Eastport Port Authority Board of Directors is set by Maine State Charter to be comprised of seven members representing the Eastport Community. Three of the members are appointed. These three consist of a representative of Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT), Chairman of the Eastport City Council and the Eastport City Manager. The other four members are elected at large.
The Eastport Port Authority Board of Directors meets regularly the third Monday of every month at 5:30 pm.
