Complimenting the Ahoskie is the 1200hp Pleon, known formerly to tugboat enthusiasts as the Erie Tug Marion . The Pleon is captained by Captain Robert MacIntyre.
Rounding out our fleet of tugs is our newest, and smallest, acquisition of the 260 hp Sea Ranger.

The Eastport Port Authority has a complement of three tugboats available to guide your vessel safely to and from the port. The tug operation and its impeccable crew is under the capable command of Captain Charles W. Leppin. Captain Leppin has decades of experience piloting tugs for the Port of Eastport. The largest of our tug fleet is the Ahoskie. This 2400hp vessel is large enough to handle most large vessels that utilize the Port of Eastport. For current rates please see link below. |
